Work Experience: The Application Process

Due to the high number of requests received each year, Opera North now employs a selection process for all work experience candidates.  

Should you wish to apply for interview, please first refer to the work experience timetable. Complete and return the application form before the relevant deadline, ensuring that you indicate for which week you would like to be considered. You can download the application form here.

All applicants will be acknowledged promptly. Applicants short-listed for interview will be contacted to arrange a suitable interview time.

Please Note:

• All applicants will be asked to complete a confidentiality agreement before beginning their placement.
• Applications by letter or CV will not be accepted without a completed application form.
• If you cannot access the application form through this website please request a paper copy from Opera North by telephoning 0113 243 9999 or e-mailing workexperience@operanorth.co.uk
• Opera North will only offer work placements on the dates stated in the work experience timetable.
• Each work experience student will be interviewed prior to a placement being offered.
