Synopsis

Friends of Leeds University Art and Music, in collaboration with Opera North and DARE, invite you to this lively discussion. Timed to coincide with Opera North’s upcoming production of Handel’s Giulio Cesare, Lucy Bradley, (Assistant Director, Giulio Cesare), Antony Krauss (Assistant Conductor, Giulio Cesare) and Stuart Leeks (Editor and Dramaturge, Opera North) will discuss the challenges of presenting a Handel opera for a 21st century audience. The cost, to include refreshments after the discussions, is £6. Ticket applications should be made (including a SAE for return of your tickets) to:
