Leeds Grand Theatre
Once booked, tickets are non refundable. If you are unable to attend any of the performances, contact the Box Office on 0844 848 2720 between 30 July and up to one week before the performance in question. You will be given replacement tickets for the same opera in the same price code on your choice of alternative date. If this isn’t possible, a credit voucher can be issued for Opera North performances valid until the end of the 2013 – 2014 season. The Box Office must receive your original tickets before they can make an exchange. There is a £1 charge per ticket for this service.

Nottingham

This service is currently free, although a card charge of 75p will apply from 1 July 2013.

Newcastle
If you are unable to attend any of the performances, contact the Box Office on 08448 11 21 21 up to one week before the performance in question. You will be given replacement tickets for any opera in the same price code on your choice of alternative date. The Box Office must receive your original tickets before they can make an exchange. There is a £1.05 charge per ticket for this service, unless you book for 5-6 operas in which case this service is free. A redueced rate booking fee of 95p per ticket wiil be charged to Friends of the Theatre Royal & Multibuy customers. No booking fee for unreserved cash purchases mase at the Box Office counter. There is a £1.40 charge to post tickets.
If you are unable to attend Götterdämmerung, please contact the Theatre Royal Box Office prior to 3 September 2013 to swap for another Theatre Royal opera, or there after contact Sage Gateshead Ticket Office and you will be given a replacement ticket for an alternative concert at Sage Gateshead.
Please note, however, that tickets at Newcastle Theatre Royal cannot be exchanged for tickets at Sage Gateshead and vice versa.
