The
Performances
Each
team performed their four-minute operas to each other,
utilising the skills they'd acquired that day and
throwing themselves into their performances with total
commitment. Not only did all of the participants gain
the confidence of knowing that, together, they could
successfully face their fears, but they enthusiastically
celebrated all of each other's achievements. The atmosphere
was exhilarating, and the group bonding was unmistakable.
In the evaluation stage
at the end of the day, participants discussed how they
could transfer the lessons learnt to the workplace.
Everyone agreed that they had gained added confidence
in their own abilities and trust in their colleagues…but
most of all, they had simply had an enormous amount
of fun! They returned to their office feeling energised,
empowered and ready to
take on new challenges.
