Regular Gift to the Opera
North Fund
Opera North is proud of its reputation for artistic
excellence and innovation. We depend on annual support
from you to maintain the superlative quality of our
work. Regular donations are increasingly important
to the Opera North Fund as they enable us to plan

We make sure that your donation goes as far as possible
by ensuring that your gifts are tax efficient. If
you are a UK taxpayer, gift aid is an easy way of
increasing your gift at no extra cost to you. Completing
a simple Gift Aid declaration makes a donation of
£100 worth £128 to the Opera North Fund at current
tax rates. In addition, if you pay the higher rate
of Income Tax, you are entitled to claim 18% of the
gross donation in tax relief.

Remembering Opera North in your will is a wonderful
gift to the art form, the artists and the audiences
of the future. A legacy creates possibilities and
can make dreams come true. For instance, your legacy
might support a young opera singer on the threshold
