Opera North Orchestra Camp is a holiday project open to anyone aged 10 – 18 years who plays a musical instrument.
Orchestra Camp hosts young and enthusiastic musicians from Leeds and the wider area, offering everyone an inclusive and stimulating experience which develops young people’s general musicianship in an inspiring and enjoyable way.
Over the course of 4 days, children and young people will:
Opera North Orchestra Camp provides a programme packed with fun, high quality experiences, and a unique opportunity to work with professional musicians of an internationally renowned Opera Company. Not to be missed!
|Who:||Strings (violin, viola, cello, double bass)|
|Brass (trumpet/cornet, horn, trombone, tuba, euphonium)|
|Woodwind (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone)|
|Percussionists (no prior experience of playing orchestral percussion required)|
Participants must be 10-18 years old. All abilities welcome and catered for; participants will take part in either a junior or senior ensemble.

|Activities will run from 9.30am-4.00pm each day|
|Participants can be dropped off from 9am and picked up as late as 5pm|
Where: Leeds City Centre venue

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Early booking is highly recommended!
