On Wednesday 9 July, the young musicians of In Harmony Opera North take to the concert platform at Leeds Town Hall, to demonstrate to family and friends how far they have come since the inspirational music education project began. They will perform alongside the world-class Orchestra and Chorus of Opera North, joined on this occasion by members of the City of Leeds Youth Orchestra.
Last week, Opera North welcomed students from the National Opera Studio to an intensive week of training led by internationally acclaimed conductor, Jac van Steen, and Scottish director, actor and playwright, Giles Havergal.
