The draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address after completing the Opera North Parsifal Audience Survey. As such, entry will require access to the internet. No purchase necessary.
The prize winner will be drawn at random within five days of the closing date.
The draw is not open to employees of Opera North, its agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The promoter can accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged by email; proof of email sending is not proof of receipt.
One winner, selected at random after the closing date, will receive Theatre Tokens to the value of £50. The promoter is not liable for the Theatre Tokens terms of sale, which can be found on their website and may be available via this link: Terms of Sale.
There is no cash alternative and negotiations will not be entered into.
The winner will be emailed within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner fails to respond within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner will be randomly selected. A confirmation email will be sent to the winner with details of how to collect the prize.
Only one entry per person. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw entries or the prize, especially if it is believed that the entrant has not met the terms and conditions or acted in the spirit of the competition. Entries made using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
In the event of circumstances out of Opera North’s control this prize may be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize-winner to take up the prize or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the draw or accepting the prize. The promoter is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the prize.
