Exchanges
If you are unable to use your tickets we offer an exchange or credit service. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production in Leeds or for credit placed on your account. Valid for 24 months from the time of issue, credit can be redeemed against any tickets, memberships or merchandise sold by Opera North. In order to take advantage of this service your original tickets are required by the Opera North Box office at least a week before the performance (14 days for group bookings of 20 or more). Any decisions after a week before the performance will be at the discretion of the Opera North Box Office management and the original tickets must be received before any credit will be issued. Our ticket exchange service is charged at £1 per ticket which includes the cost of the new tickets (where applicable) being posted out.
