Terms and Conditions

Win a Dress Circle box of tickets to La bohème at Leeds Grand Theatre on one of the following dates:

Saturday 25 October (7pm)
Saturday 1 November (2pm)
Saturday 1 November (7pm)

1. The draw is open to people aged 18 who have followed us on social media and liked + commented on the relevant social media posts.
2. The draw is not open to employees of Opera North, its agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. The draw will close on Thursday 7 August 2025.
4. The prize winner will be drawn at random by Tuesday 12 August 2025 and contacted via Instagram / TikTok DM respectively.
5. The winner will receive four tickets (1x Dress Circle box) to La bohème at Leeds Grand Theatre on one of the above dates.
6. There is no cash alternative and negotiations will not be entered into.
7. If the winner fails to respond within 2 days of notification, an alternative winner will be randomly selected.
8. A DM will be sent to the winner with details of how to collect the prize.
9. Only one entry per person. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw entries or the prize, especially if it is believed that the entrant has not met the terms and conditions or acted in the spirit of the competition. Entries made using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
10. In the event of circumstances out of Opera North’s control this prize may be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize-winner to take up the prize or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the draw or accepting the prize. The promoter is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the prize.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or TikTok, and therefore, Instagram is not responsible for any element of this promotion.
