Colin Stetson

Colin Stetson spent a decade in San Francisco and Brooklyn honing his formidable talents as a horn player, working with Tom Waits, Laurie Anderson, Lou Reed, David Byrne and Bon Iver. He also made his name in the film world composing for Hereditary and Color Out of Space.

His utterly unique voice as a solo performer, principally on saxophones and clarinets, produces a rich cinematic soundscape that moves in the experimental border areas of rock, jazz and music for film. His intense technical prowess is matched by his exhilarating and emotionally gripping skills as a songwriter.
