Jane Bonner passed away last October, having served Opera North with the utmost devotion for over 40 years, most of that time as Company Manager. She is remembered with the deepest affection by the countless people whose lives she touched through the years, including the many guest artists who make up Opera North’s extended family.

Jane Bonner – A Celebration is an opportunity for friends and family to come together to celebrate the life of our much-missed friend and colleague. A selection of Jane’s ‘Desert Island Arias’ will be sung and played by Opera North’s loyal family of artists past and present, who have kindly volunteered to make this a truly special occasion.

Tickets are free, but strictly limited in number. Donations can be made to the charitable causes closest to Jane’s heart via this JustGiving page. Please join us for an event that will be full of Jane’s love for music and good company and, we hope, laced with her great sense of fun!
