COVID Safety measures – La petite bohème

We are delighted to be able to welcome audiences for performances La petite bohème.

In accordance with government guidelines, La petite bohème will be performed in conditions which will enable social distancing to be maintained at all times. This document aims to provide audiences with an understanding of what measures have been put in place to keep them safe and will be updated as required.

COVID safe measures include the following:

  • Audience members will be required to wear face coverings at the screenings unless excused for reasons of age, health or disability.
  • Audiences will be socially-distanced at all screenings. We are sorry that it’s not possible to accommodate dogs. No live performance is planned as part of these screenings.
  • Tickets are strictly limited to a level which will allow social distancing at all points around the screening location, including for access.
  • Wherever possible e-tickets will be used. Tickets will be checked on entry to the screening area without contact. Please note, tickets MUST be purchased in advance, there will be no ticket sales at the event to reduce contact points.
  • When booking, we will ask for your contact details including your mobile number which may be passed on to the NHS Test and Trace scheme if required.
  • There will be a QR check in for those who are using the NHS Test and Trace app
  • Areas for up to a maximum of 5 people will be available to book, each area will be clearly marked out and allocated, with 1m minimum clearance between each area. Audience members must only book as a group if they belong to the same household or bubble.
  • Audience members will be issued with headphones on arrival – these will have been sanitised in advance of the screening and will be issued with disposable covers.
  • If you would like to use your own headphones, a limited number of audio receiver packs per screening are available. Please get in touch with the venue Box Office by phone or email to organise this.   Please note these do not work with wireless headphones.
  • Sufficient time will be allowed between screenings to maintain social distancing. At the end of the film, the audience will wait to be directed to the exit by a member of staff.
  • If the space available at a location requires it, a one-way system will be set up for audience members to enter and leave and appropriate signage and staffing will be provided.
  • Hand sanitising stations will be available and all audience members encouraged to use them.
  • If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in direct contact with a diagnosed individual in the last 14 days and have been advised to self-isolate, you must not attend the event. If you are unable to attend due to illness, please contact the venue where you booked to arrange a ticket transfer, credit or refund.If a screening is cancelled for any reason the venue where you booked will contact you to let you know and arrange a refund of your ticket money.
  • If it is raining on the day of the screening, we cannot offer you a refund. Performances will still go ahead unless it is unsafe to do so.
  • If a screening is cancelled for any reason we will contact you to let you know and arrange a refund of your ticket money.
