How does it work?
Each Opera Flexi Pass includes 4 vouchers valid on 2026-27 opera performances at Leeds Grand Theatre: Eugene Onegin, Rigoletto, Don Giovanni and Dead Man Walking. When you purchase your pass, vouchers are automatically added to your account in the ‘Ticket subscriptions’ tab. You then have the flexibility to redeem tickets whenever suits you. You can choose to book one ticket for each show, or several tickets for an opera of your choice.
Why should I book a Flexi Pass?
It gives you the freedom to book what you want, when you want. It guarantees the best price for your seats (individual ticket prices can rise due to demand). It unlocks 10% off tickets. It gives you the possibility of paying by monthly instalments.
Can I book more than 4 vouchers and get the 10% discount on extra tickets?

How do I secure my seats for a performance once I have purchased my pass?
- Log into your account.
- Go to the event page for opera you want to book for.
- Click on ‘Book now’ and select your preferred show date.
- Select your seat(s) ensuring that it matches your Opera Flexi Pass band.
- Check out – your subscription will automatically apply.

What happens if I decide to book a seat in a different band compared to the one I originally purchased?
It will be possible to book seats in a different price band to the one you originally booked. Please note that you will be asked to pay the price difference if you select a higher price band seat. Does my Opera Flexi Pass guarantee me a seat at a performance?

What happens if I don’t use all my tickets before the end of the 2026-27 season at Leeds Grand Theatre?
Make the most of your subscription by using all your tickets before 27 February 2027. Tickets do not roll over, so we encourage you not to wait too long to book and to enjoy as many shows as possible.
Can I change my mind after purchasing an Opera Flexi Pass?
Opera Flexi Pass are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, with the flexibility to book tickets throughout the entire season, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy great performances!
