Opera North Restaurant Survey
The draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address after completing the Opera North Restaurant Survey. As such, entry will require access to the internet. No purchase necessary.
Closing date for entries: midnight 24 March 2019.
The draw is not open to employees of Opera North, its agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The promoter can accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged by email; proof of email sending is not proof of receipt.
One winner, selected at random after the closing date, will receive a one night stay for two at The Chambers, Park Place, Leeds. The prize is valid to the end of 2019, subject to availability and excludes 25th, 26th & 31st December. A confirmation email will be sent to the winner which needs to be presented at check-in at The Chambers, Park Place. Any additional expenditure incurred during the stay is due to be settled on departure. The terms specified by the venue also apply. There is no cash alternative and negotiations will not be entered into.
The winner will be emailed within 28 days of the draw close date. If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, the prize is forfeited. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, an alternative winner will be randomly selected.
Only one entry per person. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. Entries made using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
In the event of circumstances out of Opera North’s control this prize may be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize-winner to take up the prize or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the draw or accepting the prize. The promoter is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the prize.
