What happens after I purchase a gift membership?
When you buy a gift membership online, you can choose to either have this delivered to your own e-mail address, or the recipients. Once the transaction is complete the voucher will be emailed to the address you have selected. If you have selected for the email to go directly to the recipient, be sure to specify the send date to avoid spoiling a surprise!

How do I activate my gift membership?
Your gift membership can be redeemed online – just select your chosen membership and add it to your basket. At the checkout, enter the above voucher code which will have been emailed to you when prompted to redeem it, and then check the box to use your credited balance in this transaction.

When will my gift membership begin?
Your membership period will not begin until your voucher code is redeemed – so be sure to activate your membership as soon as possible to gain access to your exclusive Friends of Opera North benefits.
How long do I have to redeem my gift membership?
All gift membership codes are valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. We are unfortunately unable to redeem a gift membership once it has expired.
