Delve deep into the music of Parsifal

Explore the opera’s relationship to text and drama in this special event to accompany Opera North’s performances of Wagner’s final masterwork.

We’ll be joined by three members of the Parsifal team: Assistant Conductor Martin PickardDerek Welton, who sings the role of the magician Klingsor; and Assistant Director Esther Dix. Together they will give us a unique insight into the work and Opera North’s new concert staging of it.

Tickets are free, but must be booked in advance through the Opera North Box Office, as capacity is limited.
