As the restaurateur and chef-patron of London restaurants, NOPI and ROVI, and author of a range of international bestsellers, Yotam Ottolenghi is one of the most influential voices on the British food scene. With book sales topping three million and several podcasts and TV series to his name, Yotam currently works from his Camden test kitchen, where he perfects recipes and writes his weekly Guardian column.

Leeds International Festival of Ideas (LIFI) is a metropolitan celebration of new ideas and innovation, which aims to introduce the brightest minds to the city and the city to the brightest minds to discuss new ideas and the world of tomorrow.
