Dates

Running since 2021, Melodic Memories offers a programme of activities for people living with dementia and their carers. It provides a relaxed, supportive and welcoming space for them to explore singing, gentle movement and elements of visual arts together.

Led by vocal animateur Marie Claire Breen, pianist Leighton Jones, and occasional guest artists, workshops are free of charge and take place on a monthly basis at the Howard Opera Centre in Leeds.

All sessions start informally with refreshments.

This project is run in partnership with Leeds Peer Support and participation is via an initial referral through their service.

Please contact Debbie Marshall, Peer Support Co-ordinator at Deborah.Marshall@leeds.gov.uk or 07891 271980 if you would like to proceed with a referral.
