Little Listeners: The Nutcracker

Join a 13-piece ensemble of players from the Orchestra of Opera North at this relaxed concert for young children and their families.

Seating is unreserved on mats and cushions and moving around and responding naturally to the music is actively encouraged!

Introduced by a friendly conductor, The Nutcracker Suite and other festive treats will be accompanied by beautiful projections from animator Tom Scott. And there’ll be a chance to meet and chat to the players at the end of the performance.

Arrival is welcomed from 11am (for 11.30am performance) or 1pm (for 1.30pm performance), with a festive craft activity available in the atrium.
